Apparently one of the better restaurants in Asia – with outposts in Saigon, Ha Noi and Phnom Penh – we had high expectations.
The restaurant itself was very busy and clearly a step up from the average based on asthetics … and maybe this is why the clientele seemed mostly to be westerners.
Decor and service was all faultless.
The food was very well presented and tasty, ultimately however I think was catering to the tourist and ex-pat clientele, which left our expectations wanting. 😦
