I am lucky. My line of work allows me some travel and some exposure to great restaurants. Taxi Kitchen is one of them.
The tasting menu, spread over a few hours, is a treat.
Several of the group were not fans of oysters (me included) so they were replaced by Hickory Smoked Salmon Buns, Creme Fraiche and Macadamia Crumb.
