Found a great little Peruvian/South American cafe.
Along with our resident expert on South American food, we tried a few dishes. While all were tasty, the Brochetas (both on them) came out nearly cold, and definitely undercooked – bordering on rare.
The Salmon Ceviche was excellent, as was the Vegetable Saltado. It’s nice to get some fresh vegetables, as they seem to be hard to find when eating out in Manila.
As the Brochetas were underdone, the manager kindly brought out dessert grazia – Alfajores, Dulce de Leche & Ice Cream! Well worth it 🙂
